Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1) The customer can claim a refund or an exchange only if the product is received defective or has been damaged in transit and in no other case the refund/exchange can be claimed by the customer.
2) The refund or exchange can only be claimed within 48 hours of the delivery of the product at the customers place.
3) The reverse pickup will only be done :-
a) If the original packaging is intact.
b) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
c)Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
4) Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards in your bank account. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
5) As soon as you receive the defective/damaged product, connect with our customer care representative on 8003693310 or email us your request on firstname.lastname@example.org with a snap of the defective/damaged product . If the return/exchange is in accordance to the terms and conditions mentioned above, we will initiate a return process from our side.
6) Request the customer to securely pack the product only in its original packaging.
7 ) As soon as we receive back the defective / damaged product by our courier partner, we will inspect the product and our customer care representative will get in touch with you for the bank details for the refund. Refund will be initiated from our side in 1-2 working days after receiving the product. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies. It may take 3-10 working days in the amount getting reflected in your bank account.
8) In case if the customer wants an exchange, as soon as we receive the damaged/defective product from your side, we will dispatch a new piece of the product to you in 1-2 working days.
9) In case the customer is not available to receive his/her parcel from the courier service representative when he attempts to deliver the product, and the package reaches back to us, no refund whatsoever can be claimed from D Classic Decor for that.
