(A) Return & Refund Policy ( DECOR ITEMS)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1) The customer can claim an exchange or a refund only if the product is received defective or has been damaged in transit and in no other case the exchange or refund can be claimed by the customer.
2) The exchange or refund can only be claimed within 24 hours of the delivery of the product at the customers place.
As per our policy, if a damaged or defective product is received by the customer , if reported within 24 hrs of delivery, we will send a replacement of the exact same product for you, our first step will be an exchange, in case exact same product is not available with us we initiate a refund of the full amount for the customer .
3) The first step will be reverse pickup of the damaged or defective item, it will only be done :-
a) If the original packaging is intact.
b) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
c)Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
d) if you have reported the damage or defect within 24 hrs of delivery .
4) Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards in your bank account. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
5) As soon as you receive the defective/damaged product, connect with our customer care representative on 8003693310 or email us your request on firstname.lastname@example.org with a snap of the defective/damaged product . If the return/exchange is in accordance to the terms and conditions mentioned above, we will initiate a return process from our side.
6) Request the customer to securely pack the product only in its original packaging.
7 ) As soon as we receive back the defective / damaged product by our courier partner, we will inspect the product and we will dispatch the exact same product to you in replacement , in case the exact same product is not in inventory then our customer care representative will get in touch with you for the bank details for the refund. Refund will be initiated from our side in 1-2 working days after receiving the product. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies. It may take 3-10 working days in the amount getting reflected in your bank account.
8) In case the customer is not available to receive his/her parcel from the courier service representative when he attempts to deliver the product, and the package reaches back to us, no refund whatsoever can be claimed from D Classic Decor for that.
( B) Return & Refund Policy ( SWEAT FIT - CLOTHING BRAND)
Returns , Exchange & Refund Policy
1) Only exchange is allowed if the customer faces a size issue . Please contact us on our customer care Email ID or contact number within 24 hours of receiving the product .
2) Any exchange request will not be entertained after 24 hours of receiving the product.
3) The products should be in perfect condition with all the tags intact & not be detoriated in any way , if we receive product which is in tampered condition, we can cancel the refunds .
4) We will arrange a reverse pickup from our side for the item to be exchanged, it should be handed over to the courier person in its original packaging. After receiving it we will send your required size to you .
5) If your required size is not available then the piece will be picked up by our courier partner, and after ensuring it's in perfect condition we will process a refund.
6) Refund will be processed in 5-6 working days .
